At Kylie & mark canberra, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. However, if you wish to return an item, please review our return policy carefully below.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Returns can only be requested after the product has been successfully delivered to you.
- All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees, customs duties, or import taxes.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition, including all tags and packaging.
- Trying on items is allowed, but wearing them beyond fitting purposes is not permitted.
- Orders placed with the intention of trying multiple sizes and returning part of the order are not accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at info@kylieandmark.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Once your request is approved, you will receive the return address of our international supplier.
- Ship the item back at your own expense, including any applicable shipping or customs fees.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot process returns without proof of delivery.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received at the designated return address and inspected:
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Any additional fees incurred during return shipping will not be reimbursed.
